Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING.

  • 24-48 working hour nationwide delivery for all items that have codes such as A123 and Dualit toasters that we have in Nottingham subject to availability.  
  • Saturday deliveries are available upon request for the same items at an extra cost, dependent on location.    The cut off point for all next day deliveries is 1pm, subject to availability.
  • Allow 3-5 working days for all other items of equipment.
  • Larger items of equipment will be delivered directly from the manufacturers, many of whom have specific delivery days dependent on location.   We will advise you of this day when we process your order.
  • Orders under the value of £60 will be charged carriage of £6, both exclusive of VAT.
  • Free deliveries to the UK Mainland only.   For deliveries elsewhere, eg Northern Ireland , the Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands, please contact us for prices. 
  • If you are fortunate enough to live on any of the Channel Islands, you will be aware that you will not have to pay VAT. We will refund this back onto the card used.  Please allow 24 hours for this to appear on your account as it will be recredited via WorldPay.  Please also note the above regarding carriage charges to the Channel Islands, which are around £20 (exclusive of VAT) subject to the weight and size of the item(s) purchased.

RETURNS.

  • No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with Garners.
  • If you have either received an incorrect order or would like to replace your item(s) please notify Garners immediately and ensure that Garners have received the item(s) within seven days of delivery.    Failure to do so may incur a re-stocking charge of up to 25%, dependent on the manufacturer.    Either e-mail us here quoting your order reference number or telephone 0115 960 96 90 (Monday-Friday 0830-1730.)
  • Please return any item(s) in the original packaging.   Failure to do so may result in the manufacturer refusing to accept the goods.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any carriage charges they incur, unless your item(s) are delivered damaged or incorrect. 
  • If it can be proven that we have sent an incorrect order, we will reimburse the postage costs incurred in full once we have received the item(s.)  However, for items that can be sent in the post, it remains the customer's responsibility to ensure we receive these goods in the timescale as set out above.  
  • For all larger items, please contact us and we will arrange for your items to be returned.
