Deliveries:

All deliveries within the United Kingdom Mainland only.

Please contact us if you reside on the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or in Northern Ireland.

In addition, for those fortunate to live on any the Channel Islands, you will have to initially pay with VAT and we will then discount this when invoicing and recredit this back onto the card used to purchase. Please allow 24 working hours for this to happen as this has to come via WorldPay.

All sundry items will be delivered on the next working day for orders received overnight and up to 2pm; 2 working days thereafter, subject to availability.

All items of equipment will be delivered directly from the Manufacturers within 3-5 working days unless advised otherwise, subject to availability.

There will be a delivery charge of £6 for all orders under the value of £60, both excluding VAT.
Returns:

No returns without prior approval with Garners.

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, or you would like to replace them, please notify us immediately here or on our standard phone number if during office hours.

In all circumstances, please ensure that we have received your items within 7 working days and in the original packaging.

Failure to return your items in the original packaging may mean that the manufacturer(s) refuse to accept your goods and may incur a 25% restocking charge.

If you wish to replace your items, it is your responsibility to incur any charges for carriage.

If the items are replaced or damaged, then we will arrange for them to be picked up at the earliest opportunity.
