We are very proud of our in-house commercial catering design facilities and the fact that we offer solutions and innovation to encompass every conceivable discipline relative to commercial catering. From simplistic kitchen arrangements to large CPU’s (Central Production Units) we have the technical expertise to produce operational design that will satisfy every conceivable type of service and menu . Furthermore, our designs are fully insured and carefully checked for compliance with the very latest legislation and relevant environmental integrity.
Whilst it is vitally important to ensure that the operational aspect of any catering business is designed to satisfy the efficient production and delivery of prepared and cooked food together with the smooth operation of related utilities, it is in the restaurant itself where your business is initially judged by your customers. The general ambience, the restaurant ambience and the servery counter are areas of opportunity for fusing innovative design and operational practicality.
The design of servery counters covers the type of service and staffing requirements, the numbers being served, the menu and the display of food products and of course ease of access and payment. There is a diversity of possible material content including tops made of granite, marble, stainless steel and a multitude of colours achieved by the use of man-made materials such as Corian. To compliment the tops there are ranges of laminates and real wood veneers for the front panels all topped of by a range of over-shelves and gantries with quartz heat or plain fluorescent illumination and concealed mood lighting to create the ideal ambience.
