Once a contract order has been placed, a fully experienced in-house Project Manager is introduced to take the project all the way through to successful completion.   Our Project Manager will visit the site as and when required and will take full responsibility for all relevant trade liaison and coordination of services. 

This will include:

• Site visits and meeting attendances
• Management and aherence of trade-relevant contractual and site induction
• Issue and management of technical services drawings.
• Coordination of relevant points and services
• Associated trade liaison
• Compliance with the latest relevant legislation in terms of Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
• Continuous technical advisory service thoroughout the term of contract
• Protection of design intergrity and programme completion
• Management of equipment delivery, transportation and installation.
• Management of fully qualified and trade compliant installation and commissioning engineers-NICEIC and GAS SAFE approved.    
• Management of all pre and post installation issues to satisfactory completion.
• Handover inclusive of equipment training and delivery of complete Operating and Maintenance manuals.
